Delivery Method

We use NZ Post or Aramex to deliver this item where and when you need it.

When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes a unique number that allows you to track your purchase.

Orders can be tracked via the NZ Post website https://www.nzpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/.

Delivery Times

North Island - we send items by overnight courier

South Island and Great Barrier Island allow 2– 4 business days for your order to be delivered to you.

If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.

Restrictions

Online shopping at www.lifestyle-imports.co.nz offers delivery within New Zealand only.

What happens with Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels? By accepting our terms you agree to appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf. Delivery to the courier service shall be deemed delivery to you.

However, if you require our assistance, please contact us, we may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged Item(s)

Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Lifestyle Imports. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or the item you have purchased does not fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or full refund of the price paid less any shipping costs, provided your return adheres to the following conditions.

  • Items must be in new and saleable condition, and all accessories intact

  • Product packaging must be wrapped/protected before shipping to avoid damage.

  • Items have not been "taken for a ride” or fitted to a motorcycle

  • Items are returned freight paid

  • Name and reason for return are included in the parcel

If you have any concerns about your return meeting these conditions, please contact us before sending, thereby avoiding unnecessary courier costs.

Exchange Procedure

  • Include your name and reason for the return.

  • Return the item to us freight paid, using your preferred shipping method.

  • If your original order qualified for freight-free delivery, any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a freight charge.

Refund Policy

  • Due to security measures, refunds will be processed back to the buyer’s bank account used for the original payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately on (027) 262-5287. If your order has not been despatched we will cancel this and organise a refund or exchange.

If your order has been despatched you will need to follow the returns procedure.
